The space measurements above are for my salon that is about 3,700 sq ft. The numbers shown here are what we pay in monthly expenses. Water is included in the rent. These are numbers for a salon which will require more lighting, high power consumption for equipment, the internet is actually more and we can go even lower ($80/mo base broadband from Comcast), trash may be more though.

Space Photos: 3,700 sq ft is a LOT!!! Also there is WAY more lighting than we would need buuut those lights will draw more current also.
